Shipping & Returns Policy

Satisfaction & Returns

If any Elore product is not 100% satisfactory, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below. Unless otherwise stated, returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All approved returns must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Any credits issued are provided as store credit, which will be automatically applied to your next purchase. Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Orders & Processing

  • Prices, availability and delivery timelines are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected by Elore unless a premium option is requested and paid for by the customer.
  • Once an order is placed, Elore reserves the right to verify payment and shipping details and may cancel or refuse an order at its discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • A 25% cancellation/restocking fee applies to all approved cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Credits

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking/reconditioning fee.
  • No cash or card refunds are issued. Approved returns are processed as store credit only.
  • Returns must be initiated and completed within 7 working days of invoice date.
  • Products must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • All returns require prior approval and a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Returns without an RMA will be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Custom orders, private label items, promotional items, refurbished items and special-order merchandise cannot be returned or cancelled for any reason.

Damages & Defective Products

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include the original tracking number and clear photographic evidence.
  • Replacements are issued only after confirmation and receipt of the damaged item.
  • Only manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping qualify for replacement.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper application is not eligible for replacement.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping timelines range from 3–10 business days after order processing.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Delivery is curbside only and does not include installation, assembly, or packaging removal.
  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
  • If delivery access is restricted or unsafe, shipment may be refused.

Payment Policy

  • All purchases must be prepaid using approved payment methods available at checkout.
  • Special or out-of-stock items may require a partial advance payment.
  • Deposits on special orders are non-refundable once production or processing begins.

Responsibility of the Purchaser

  • Elore does not provide installation, assembly, or maintenance services.
  • Customers are responsible for proper use, storage and maintenance of all products.
  • Any guidance or instructions provided are informational only and do not guarantee results

Claims & Reporting

  • Claims for lost, damaged, or missing items must be submitted within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Written claims must include invoice details, item numbers, quantities, and supporting images where applicable.

Elore Beauty reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time and is not responsible for typographical errors.

All products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. Elore makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product outcomes or suitability for a specific purpose. Professional judgment, testing and due diligence are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Eligible issues will be reviewed, and a replacement or store credit may be offered where applicable.
